About Plenia

Business software was never made for you.

Plenia is an honest attempt to fix that: a tool built around how the day actually works in a van, without inflated marketing or features you don’t need.

The observation

We’ve spent months talking to plumbers, electricians, handymen, gardeners and small renovation businesses. Same conversation every time: business software designed for an accountant at a desktop, not for someone who just changed a boiler at 22:30 and needs to send the invoice before loading the van.

The big tools — Holded, Quipu, STEL Order — are valid. But their flow assumes a desk worker doing monthly invoicing. Not a plumber finishing a job and reaching for their phone.

Why Plenia exists

Because the universal problem — tradespeople losing evenings to Excel and chasing payments on WhatsApp — has no good mobile-first tool today. The existing options are desktop ERPs built for accounting firms.

Plenia is a third option: mobile-first, with country-specific e-invoicing baked in (today Spain’s Verifactu + TicketBAI; CFDI/AFIP/SII/DIAN on the roadmap), no manual, no training, at a price a solo self-employed can actually afford (€5.99/month Solo plan).

We’re launching in Spain first because there’s a regulatory deadline — Verifactu becomes mandatory for Spanish self-employed on 1 July 2027 (delayed one year by RD-ley 15/2025). But the product is built to expand: pick your country in the switcher above and join the local waitlist.

What we promise

  1. Hit the date. Plenia launches 1 July 2026. Verifactu for self-employed kicks in one year later (1 July 2027) after the delay, so you arrive with the system running and a year of margin.
  2. Hold the price. Solo €5.99, Pro €24.99, Team €44.99 + €12/employee. We’re not tripling prices in year one.
  3. Honour the Founders offer. First 25 closed-beta users get the Pro plan at 50% off the first year. Spelled out in terms.
  4. Not sell your data. Zero third parties, zero behavioural analytics without consent. Details in privacy.

What we don’t promise

  • We don’t promise to build everything you ask for. Plenia has a clear scope: invoicing, payments, work reports, crew management. No advanced CRM, complex inventory or Holded-style analytical accounting. That’s not the target.
  • We don’t promise 99.99% uptime in year one. We’re pre-launch. If something breaks, we fix it in hours, not minutes. If you need enterprise SLAs, we’re not for you today.
  • We don’t promise to be your last tool. One day your business grows past Plenia, and that’s fine. When it happens, we help you export everything in CSV and we part as friends.
